1. FABRIC
I always carry this in my car, it has saved me enough times to know I should never be without one.

10. iPOD
I can't train without music… I love putting the earphones in & get completely lost in the music…it's like my therapy.

6. VITAMINS
Because I run late in the morning, I have to take my pills to go... I have an amazing nutritionist who has completely changed my lifestyle with healthy eating & whole food supplements..

5. SNACKS
I am generally gone from morning till evening, so I always carry around a bunch of snacks in my bag. I'm always hungry.

8. JOURNAL
Another close friend gave this to me. My brain is always buzzing with thoughts & to-do lists, so carry this around with me to jot things down when needed. Inside, I keep my favorite photo of my Dad in Rome when he was 17 years old.

9. CAMERA
I have a bad memory, so I am always taking pictures of everything so I'll remember.

3. NOOK
A close friend gave me this. I read so much more now that I don't have to lug my books around. Currently reading: Conversations with God by Neale Walsch.

2. WATER
I try to drink as much water as possible, I'll even toss some Chia seeds in there for extra hydration.

7. iPHONE
recently got rid of my Blackberry…
best decision ever… I'm slightly obsessed with all the iPhone can do.

4. THERABAND
& ROSIN
I am either training or teaching aerial every day of the week, so I always like to have these on hand for my workouts.
