I teach aerial silks, hoop, hammock, trapeze, flexibility, aerial yoga and aerial fitness.

In my classes, students willgain strength, flexibility and an increased movement vocabulary. I stress proper technique to allow students to explore their own artistic freedom later on in their practice. Aerial is not just about improving fitness, it is about personal expression, discovery and innovation. I encourage my students to be creative and curious with their movements. As I have a background in dance, I help my students add grace and fluidity to their movements through transitions and movement quality.

I have taught 3 year-olds to 70 year-olds, technique classes to birthday parties. I have taught at many studios, helped develop aerial curriculums, and taught various teacher training workshops. My passion for aerial takes me all over the world which informs my teaching methodology. Aerial and the teachers who taught it to me have changed my life and I consider it an honor to have the opportunity to do the same for others.
